Serenity & Grace Therapeutic Services (SGTS) is a values-driven, virtual Therapy Group Private Practice committed to delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care. We’re expanding into Salt Lake City with a new physical office and are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to support our growth and serve as a vital link between our local therapists, clients, and the broader community.

Position Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Salt Lake City office, support local clinicians and clients, generate community referrals, and assist with therapist recruitment and onboarding. This individual will also coordinate with our Credentialing Specialist to ensure new clinicians are efficiently added to insurance panels.

Key Responsibilities:
Therapist Recruitment & Onboarding
• Identify and recruit qualified therapists for our Salt Lake City location
• Coordinate interviews, hiring, and onboarding logistics
• Collaborate with Credentialing Specialist to facilitate insurance paneling for new hires
• Support new clinicians in getting acclimated to practice systems and schedules
Therapist & Client Support
• Serve as the local point of contact for therapist and client needs
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for office operations
• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate with the Practice Manager as needed
Community Outreach & Referral Generation
• Build relationships with local referral sources (e.g., doctors, schools, nonprofits)
• Represent the practice at local events, networking meetings, and community outreach opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of the practice in the community
Operational Oversight
• Oversee the smooth functioning of the Salt Lake City office
• Track key local metrics (e.g., therapist caseloads, referral volume, credentialing status)
• Collaborate with the virtual Practice Manager to ensure service quality and consistency

Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, therapy administration, or operations management
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and commitment to team collaboration
• Familiarity with therapy practice systems, insurance paneling, or therapist recruitment a plus
• Based in or near Salt Lake City with ability to work onsite as needed
