Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Hold an active Utah professional license or associate/provisional license
- Maintain professional liability insurance
- Be willing to complete insurance credentialing, if applicable
- Have access to a private, secure, and HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Be proficient with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems
- Successfully complete a background check if selected
